HOW AND WHERE DO I REGISTER?
You can register by clicking on the CREATE AN ACCOUNT icon the top right hand corner of the homepage. Once you have read the terms and conditions, enter your details as asked for in the form and submit the form.
IS REGISTRATION FREE?
Yes, registration on the site is free.
CAN I SHOP ON FORO MARKET WITHOUT REGISTERING?
Registration is necessary for the purpose of delivery and to help us serve you better. You can browse the site and add items to your cart without registration. But, you need to have registered and be logged into your account at the time of checkout in order to place an order.
CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS WITH THE SAME ADDRESS?
We understand that different members of the same family may be placing orders to the same address. So we allow multiple accounts with the same address as long as the email id and phone number are different.
CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE ADDRESSES IN THE SAME ACCOUNT?
YES, you can add multiple addresses to the same account, but products in the same cart can only be sent to one address at a time. Separate orders have to placed for delivery to multiple locations.
WHAT IS THE FORO MARKET MEMBERSHIP (FM MEMBERSHIP)?
Membership charged on a half yearly basis gives the members an added advantage in the form of offers, discounts, freebies & preferred delivery slots.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?/ HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact us.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE DELIVERY INFO (ADDRESS TO WHICH I WANT PRODUCTS DELIVERED)?
You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on "My Account" at the top right hand corner and go to the "Update My Profile" section to change your delivery address

You can choose from a variety of products spread across various categories such as grocery, fruits & vegetables, beverages, cleaning and household products and much more.
HOW CAN I BE SURE THE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES I ORDER ARE OF GOOD QUALITY?
Our fruits and vegetables vendors have a quality check process in place to ensure quality of the items delivered, is up to the mark. Do let our Delivery executives know if you’re not happy with the quality of the product received.
WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU OPERATE IN?
We currently deliver to localities within the Chennai City Limits. You can change your location settings to check if we deliver in your area.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?
There is no minimum order value. However you must place an order for Rs. 899 or above in order to qualify for free delivery. In case you do not reach the limit, a delivery charge of Rs. 45 will be levied against that order based on your location.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You currently cannot live track your order, but you can check the status of your order by calling our customer service number.
CAN I ADD OR REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY ORDER?
You cannot add or remove items from an order once the order is placed. However you may return items at the time of delivery and the amount will refunded. To add additional items, separate orders have to be placed.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
Yes you may cancel your order within 12 hours from the time of placing the order.
HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCTS?
We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product andmoney will be refunded to your account.
IS THERE A TIME LIMIT FOR RETURN OF PRODUCTS?
Incase of Perishables it must be returned within 2 days and for Other Products it is within 7 days
WHAT DO I DO IF ITEMS ARE MISSING?
At the time of delivery, we advise you to kindly check every item as in the invoice. Please report any missing item that is invoiced. As a benefit to our customers, if you are not available at the time of order delivery or you haven’t checked the list at the time of delivery we provide a window of 10 hrs to report missing items. This is applicable only for items that are invoiced.

Sorry, we do not do same day delivery as of yet.

WHAT ARE THE MODES OF PAYMENT?
You can pay for your order on foromarket.com using the following modes of payment: Cash/Card on delivery, Credit and debit cards (VISA / Mastercard)
ARE THERE ANY OTHER CHARGES OR TAXES THAT WILL BE ADDED TO THE PRICES SHOWN? WILL VAT BE ADDED TO THE INVOICE?
No VAT will be added. However GST is applicable as per Government Regulations.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD ON FOROMARKET?
Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on foromarket.com. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making your online shopping safer.
HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO INITIATE MY REFUND?
The refund will be credited back to your original mode of payment, i.e. within 7-10 working days for debit/credit card payments. Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue.

No, we are a purely internet based company and do not have any brick and mortar stores.
